Terms:	All items are sold 'as-is' and it is the Bidder's responsibility to satisfy yourself prior to bidding on each item. Omli and Associates, Inc. has made every effort to be clear in what is being sold. Internet Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to each successful internet Buyer’s purchase. Sales Tax: Kansas state residents will pay 7.20% sales tax on their purchases, unless we have an exemption form signed by the Buyer in our office prior to the auction. Shipping and Handling Fee: The Buyer will be responsible for any shipping and handling cost on your purchases. All items will be shipped via Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made with Omli and Associates, Inc. You may arrange to pick up your purchase at our office at 604 Barney, Salina, Kansas. Successful Bidder: At the close of the on line auction, you will be notified if you are the successful bidder. At that time, your credit card will be charged for your purchases including the Buyer’s Premium and the shipping and handling fee.
